Replace one or more missing teeth with a fixed, all-porcelain bridge — permanently cemented so you can eat, speak, and smile with confidence.
A dental bridge is a fixed restoration that replaces a missing tooth — or a few consecutive missing teeth — by anchoring to the natural teeth on either side of the gap. The false tooth in the middle, called a pontic, is fused between two dental crowns that are permanently cemented onto the adjacent teeth.
At Merchant's Walk Dental, our bridges are made with all-porcelain materials, giving you a result that looks and feels completely natural. Because a bridge is fixed in place, there's nothing to remove or soak overnight — it becomes a seamless part of your smile.
Consultation & Exam
Dr. Bishara or Dr. Patel evaluates the gap, the health of adjacent teeth, and your bite to confirm a bridge is the right option.
Tooth Preparation
The two anchor teeth on either side of the gap are gently shaped to accommodate the crowns that will hold the bridge in place.
Impressions & Temporary Bridge
Impressions are taken and sent to the dental lab. A temporary bridge protects your teeth while your permanent restoration is crafted.
Permanent Placement
Once your all-porcelain bridge is ready, it is fitted, adjusted for your bite, and permanently cemented into place.

Dentures & Partials — a removable alternative
If you're missing multiple teeth or an entire arch, full or partial dentures may be a better fit. Dentures are removable and can replace more teeth than a bridge typically covers.
