What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and any relevant medical or dental records. Arriving 10–15 minutes early is recommended.

We offer transparent self-pay rates and accept CareCredit financing so you can spread out the cost of treatment. We also offer a new patient special — a comprehensive exam and full set of X-rays for $99.

Yes. Merchant's Walk Dental is designed to be a comprehensive family dental office. We offer preventive, restorative, cosmetic, pediatric, and emergency dental services including cleanings, fillings, crowns, veneers, root canals, extractions, dentures, bridges, implants, and children's dentistry. Many procedures that most offices refer to specialists — such as root canals, implants, and extractions — we perform in-office for patient convenience.

Yes. In most cases, you can still see an out-of-network dentist and use your insurance benefits. At Merchant's Walk Dental, we accept most in-network and out-of-network insurance plans and will always let you know before your appointment if we are unable to accept your specific plan.
