Dental emergencies don't wait — and neither do we. We reserve time every day for urgent cases, welcome walk-ins, and offer same day treatment.
Experiencing a dental emergency?
Call us immediately — we'll get you in as soon as possible.
(770) 691-5051Any dental emergency — including injury to the teeth or gums — can be potentially serious and should not be ignored. Delaying treatment increases the risk of permanent damage and the need for more extensive (and expensive) treatment later.
Schedule an emergency visit if you experience any of the following:
Keep it moist at all times. Try placing the tooth back in the socket without touching the root. If that's not possible, place it between your cheek and gums, in milk, or in a tooth preservation product with the ADA Seal of Acceptance. Get to our office right away.
Rinse the mouth with warm water to clean the area. Apply cold compresses to the face to keep swelling down.
Clean the area gently with water and apply a cold compress.
Rinse the mouth with warm water. Gently use dental floss to remove any food caught between teeth. Do not put aspirin on the aching tooth or gum tissue.
Try to gently remove with floss, but do not use sharp or pointed instruments.
